To the Hilt at the 2001 Florida Renaissance Festival South photos by Joe Maccarone
Katya and Leonardo appear here on the Crown Stage at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, Florida. It is of note that their first performance at Flarf (in 1998) was also on the Crown Stage, only the festival was held that year at TY Park in Hollywood, FL

Alright, alright! It's a tie! (right) The stand off at the end of the "Medulla Oblongata", Leonardo tries to blow Katya's dagger away from his throat. (This shot was taken at the Castle Stage, opening weekend of TRF- the weather was cool enough that Leonardo fought in his doublet sleeves!)
(above and left) Katya and Leonardo wear their newest duds! Katya's bodice was made by Emily Taggart of the Philadelphia Ladies Finery Company, and Leonardo boasts new "ugly" slops and a matching doublet with removable sleeves.
The Nerf Crossbow: Leonardo's weapon of choice!
(below) Despite the lens flare, doesn't he just seem so proud of himself? Think the execs at Nerf would consider sponsorship?
Katya's infamous "Lip Thing"
(right) Frozen in mid-flutter, Katya's ancient pouting technique has garnered much laughter (and even more photos!) This is believed to be the furthest protrusion ever to be caught on film.
